We boldly go.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>A Cycle Counter II is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy by managing, counting, and analyzing inventory items.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform accurate cycle counts daily. </li><li>Conduct research, physically and systematically, to resolve inventory discrepancies. </li><li>Support inventory controls that improve inventory accuracy. </li><li>Maintain the integrity of inventory and warehouse databases. </li><li>Maintain inventory records and reports. </li><li>Remain current on all standard work related to Inventory Management and Warehouse Management. </li><li>Support initiatives to reduce OSMI. </li><li>Support initiatives to improve upon existing inventory policies and processes. </li><li>Any other duties deemed necessary to support operations at Trane Technologies. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies and Success Factors</p> <ul> <li>Problem Solving: Knowledgeable in problem-solving techniques and application. </li><li>Analytical: Mid-Level Analytical Skills </li><li>Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle </li><li>Communication: Above-average written, oral communication, and presentation skills </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License and ability or willingness to learn how to operate all types of powered industrial vehicles available at the Killian plant. </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver inventory for an entire shift. </li></ul> <p>We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
