<p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>A High school diploma/GED required. A bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field is preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment, required. Previous supervisory experience within a food/beverage environment, and/or unionized manufacturing environment is preferred.  </li><li>You have the ability and flexibility needed to work a schedule where weekends and nights are required.  </li><li>Experience with Inventory Management and Inventory Control strongly preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to train and manage a warehouse staff, preferred.   </li><li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints and manage in a dynamic team environment. </li><li>Familiarity with logistics management systems, such as SAP, preferred. </li><li>Experience with lean and process improvements, project management and team leadership. </li><li>Understanding of forklift safety and function. </li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and warehouse management applications. </li><li>Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, conflict management and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication skills (both oral and written) across all levels of the organization and can foster effective cross-functional partnerships. </li><li>Under minimal direction, works independently toward department objectives.  </li></ul> <p> </p>
