We have a common purpose to ensure transparency and a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to express their ideas with a strong belief in promoting from within the organization</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Workforce & Schedule Management</p> <ul> <li>Direct departmental scheduling and monitor attendance to ensure optimal coverage. </li><li>Manage shift swaps and PTO requests in alignment with operational needs and labor policies. </li><li>Oversee accurate payroll submissions and administrative reporting. </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Team Development</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary lead, providing daily mentorship, guidance, and training. </li><li>Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and accountable. </li><li>Lead departmental meetings and act as the bridge between staff and upper management. </li></ul> <p>Operational Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Implement safety protocols and identify areas for process improvement. </li><li>Manage departmental resources, supplies, and equipment. </li><li>Execute Quarterly Internal Warranty Audits and monitor key performance metrics. </li></ul> <p>Hiring & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new talent. </li><li>Ensure all team actions comply with company policy and professional standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership and proficiency with CDK are required. </li><li>Jaguar/Land Rover experience is a plus! </li><li>Knowledge: Warranty experience and general accounting knowledge are highly preferred. </li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a team-first mentality. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Personal Time Off, Paid Training, Employee vehicle purchase plans, Health and wellness, Saturday Lunches, Discounts on products and services.</p>
