Join ComSonics, one of America's longest-standing employee-owned companies, as a Field Account & Service Representative.</p> <p>In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you'll support our customers by driving to their locations to check in, picking up equipment, loading equipment into the van you drive, and shipping equipment that needs repair (equipment can weigh up to 75 pounds per item), updating service needs in our CRM system, and preparing service reports. You'll also support the sales team by demonstrating equipment and visiting potential customers to offer our services.</p> <p>What we're looking for:</p> <p>Candidates with a High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. One or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Self-motivated mindset along with strong time management skills. Strong communication and organization skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
