We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across a wide range of environments.</p> <p>As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Hidden Level, you will own the internal execution of product development efforts, driving cross-functional engineering teams to deliver against product and program commitments. You will translate product direction and program needs into structured, executable plans, and oversee development to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.</p> <p>Location: Onsite in Syracuse, NY with hybrid flexibility</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Own Internal Development Execution</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain detailed, actionable schedules for product development efforts. </li><li>Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, systems, etc.). </li><li>Coordinate across teams to ensure aligned execution. </li><li>Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery. </li></ul> <p>Translate Product and Program Direction into Execution</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into executable development plans </li><li>Partner closely with Program Managers to ensure development aligns with customer commitments and delivery timelines </li><li>Decompose development requirements into structured workstreams, milestones, and deliverables. </li><li>Ensure engineering teams understand scope, priorities, and success criteria </li></ul> <p>Drive Execution Discipline & Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Drive milestone accountability across engineering teams, ensuring commitments are met. </li><li>Establish and maintain execution rigor, including planning cadences and progress tracking. </li><li>Provide clear, consistent reporting on development status, risks, and forecasted outcomes. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional technical teams. </li><li>A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges through teamwork and collaboration. </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or other technical discipline </li><li>8+ years of industry experience </li><li>2+yearsof experience leading complex technical programs or development efforts involving cross-functional engineering teams. </li><li>Experience with schedule management, cost awareness, and risk management in technical programs. </li><li>Experience with or the desire to learn about: </li><li>Functional leadership </li><li>Radars, sensors, and other communication systems </li><li>Hardware system conceptualization, design, integration, and test </li><li>Cloud-based and embedded software systems </li><li>10% travel </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, disability insurance, and potential stock options.</p> <p>Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $113,000 to $140,000 annually.
