<p>Client Relationship Manager - Healthcare Payer</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. They support the Client Partner and act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. The CRM works with delivery teams to enhance backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience. A CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue, client satisfaction & employee retention. CRM role-specific measures are renewal win rates, revenue, and margin.</p> <p>Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for growing the payer clients in the Louisville, KY area. Client Relationship Managers play a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned account(s), including managing business development and delivery objectives, top and bottom-line P&L, customer satisfaction, and the overall Account relationship for one or more key account(s).</p> <p>The qualified candidate must live withing a daily commutable distance to the client location in the Louisville, KY area, or must be willing to relocate to the Louisville, KY area.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive profitable growth through identifying and leading all aspects of the closure of new, renewal, and expansion opportunities in the HC Payer sector. </li><li>Develop client engagement strategies and quantify costs of pursuit. </li><li>Lead accountability against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines. </li><li>Review the account metrics with the delivery, operations, and finance teams on regular basis. </li><li>Be part of senior management reviews for the performance metrics of the account. </li><li>Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams in Cognizant to formulate a business plan and implement it at account level. </li><li>Have regular meetings and collaborate with the customer decision makers and influencers. </li><li>Responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios. </li><li>Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to grow the account. </li><li>Shape the thought leadership agenda. </li><li>Actively drive execution of the innovation agenda for the portfolio. </li><li>Focus on developing a plan to increase the visibility of Cognizant in the account relationship and in the Healthcare Payer industry. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10+ years in the domain, in a client facing role or account leadership role, in an IT professional services or management consulting firm. </li><li>Experience of leading diverse teams, experience of cultivating and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment. </li><li>Strong experience with the global service delivery model. </li><li>In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solution domains for the Healthcare Payer industry vertical. </li><li>A strong performance track record of leading different portfolios-ranging from sales, new sales, programs, and existing annuity business. </li><li>Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multifaceted matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence. </li><li>The ability to conceptualize, analyze, build blueprint for business transformations and present solutions in the Healthcare Payer domain. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>MS or MBA degree </li><li>Strong background in a project environment and application development. </li><li>Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments. </li><li>Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications. </li><li>Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences. </li></ul> <p>WORK AUTHORIZATION:</p> <p>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.</p>
