Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>The Main function of a Surveillance Officer is to protect the casino, It's guests, and fellow employees by observing the gaming floor and all other areas of the casino via digital surveillance.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs </li><li>Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino </li><li>Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions </li><li>Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws </li><li>Take and respond to radio calls </li><li>Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log </li><li>Able to function in a multi-task situation </li><li>Able to monitor multiple cameras </li><li>Observe and report all infractions. </li><li>Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment. </li><li>Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls. </li><li>Complete surveillance reports and investigations. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication </li><li>Strong sense of confidentiality </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of casino/gaming experience preferred </li><li>Colorado Division of Gaming License. </li><li>TIPs certification </li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. </li><li>Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests. </li><li>Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays also work 6-day work weeks when required. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary with annual performance reviews </li><li>Comprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision </li><li>401(K)/ Company Match </li><li>Access Perks and Childcare discount </li></ul> <p>Target Salary Range: ($20.00)</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
