<p>Position Summary</p> <p>As LPPA, you are responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing for relicense fees received to ensure compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code requirements, verifying accuracy of the fee amount based on type of facility, probationary or regular license, and taking corrective actions when licensure fees are less than mandated. </li><li>Conducting quality assurance reviews for assisted living program compliance review studies, complaints, and enforcement actions, entering appropriate documentation into the Adult Program Information System (APIS). </li><li>Entering information pertinent to renewal applications into APIS, including, but not limited to, survey findings and appropriate license fees. </li><li>Independently responding to written and telephone inquiries in a timely manner. </li><li>Setting up, organizing, and maintaining facility related files and e-files and organizing by subprogram areas. </li><li>Attending scheduled staff meetings, which involve program related areas and providing input regarding workload status, problem areas and suggesting procedural changes to increase productivity of regional/Bureau's workflow. </li><li>Developing, maintaining, and updating procedure manuals for program operations based on knowledge gained in operations, providing expertise in recommending and developing program improvement actions. </li></ul> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>The pay is $21.66 per hour. The pay schedule and range is 02/11. This is an LTE appointment and is limited to 1,039 hours in a year.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>All applicants who may be appointed to this position will be required to allow DHS to conduct a background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.</p> <p>DHS does not sponsor work visas for this position, thus, in compliance with federal law, selected candidates will be required to verify eligibility to work in the United States by completing the required I-9 form upon hire.</p> <p>Employees must have access to both a private workspace and secure high-speed internet for remote work option. Mileage reimbursement to the employee's headquarter location is not provided. Remote work flexibility will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimally qualified applicants will have all of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Experience providing administrative support in an office environment (e.g., scheduling meetings, updating procedures, maintaining files, tracking payments and fees, etc.). </li><li>Experience entering data into computer programs or data systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, etc.). </li><li>Experience providing customer service to internal and external partners (e.g., responding to inquiries, explaining policies and procedures, resolving issues, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Well-qualified applicants will also have one or more of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Experience reviewing written materials for licensure and certifications to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Experience interpreting and applying rules and regulations related to assisted living facilities. </li><li>Experience proof-reading documents and providing feedback to others. </li></ul> <p>Your letter of qualifications is limited to 1 page.
