All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts.</p> <p>Pay: $15</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepares and serves food and beverage items. </li><li>Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product. </li><li>Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality. </li><li>Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner. </li><li>Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned daily. </li><li>Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans. </li><li>Practices excellent operational sanitation. </li><li>Maintains organized and clean work area. </li><li>Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products. </li><li>Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered. </li><li>Stocks and inventories products. </li><li>Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility. </li><li>Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests. </li><li>Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. </li><li>Processes snack bar purchases with point of sales (POS) system when no attendant available. </li><li>Performs other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Regular and reliable attendance. </li><li>Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems helpful. </li><li>Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and get Alcohol Awareness card if hired. </li></ul>
