<p>Summary</p> <p>To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Comau Powertrain Assembly system projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Start project from kick-off until the final test in the customer's plant; </li><li>Responsible for project timing and margin, Supervise the quality; </li><li>Act as reference point for customer during whole project life; work with sales to build and maintain customer relationship, and achieve customer satisfaction; </li><li>Build and maintain project WBS and timing plan; responsible for project review during project rolling; </li><li>Work with function managers to allocate resource to work on project in order to secure project running; </li><li>Work with purchasing department to select and manage critical supplier; </li><li>Coordinate project function interface issues under local organization matrix and contribute to consolidate system procedure; </li><li>Adopt previous project lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going project; </li><li>Define the strategy "Make and Buy" for project scope of supply; </li><li>Drive the analysis and implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase; </li><li>Project report in closing phase in aspect of lessons, possible optimization; </li><li>Evaluate team member's performance in project closing phase; </li><li>Contribute to long term development of local business and organization; </li><li>Advanced offering/selling for metal cutting project when needs. </li><li>Follow the EHS regulation and process and ensure the execution in the onsite management; </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)</p> <ul> <li>Fluency in both Mandarin and English* </li><li>Qualification in project management (PMI certification will be considered a plus); </li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management ; </li><li>Direct work experience in multicultural project management ; </li><li>Presentation and communication skills ; </li><li>Product and Process of Engine & Transmission will be considered a plus ; </li><li>Proficient in English language both Written and Spoken; fluent spoken English; </li><li>Basic engineering background and related tools (e.g., FMEA, Ergonomics, MTM, PLM system will be considered a plus) ; </li><li>Travel availability. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Project management techniques and tools ; </li><li>Customer product / processes </li><li>Cost Control </li><li>Problem solving methods </li><li>Negotiation Techniques </li><li>Design & Production Processes </li><li>Project Manager Profession (PMP) Certification is desirable </li><li>Business and Financial Management </li><li>Good knowledge of Office and CAD ; </li></ul>
