<p>We're seeking a Customer Service Representative (GUI) to support daily customer interactions and order-related activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role partners closely with customers, the on-site management team, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient handling of inquiries, orders, shipments, and billing.</p> <p>Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position works closely with customers and on-site KANE management to handle various product inquiries, special requests, or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing.
