<p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION</p> <ol> <li> <p>2+ years with reception experience</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional Customer Service Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good Verbal Communication</p> </li><li> <p>Good Listening Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Professionalism</p> </li><li> <p>Handles Pressure Well</p> </li><li> <p>Confidentiality</p> </li><li> <p>Phone Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Office Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance</p> </li></ol> <p>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND DUTIES</p> <ol> <li> <p>Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with facility security details including, but not limited to, facility access, gate access, camera surveillance, parking compliance, bag audits, etc)</p> </li></ol> <p>ADDITIONAL DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors necessary for the normal day-to-day operation, not determined at time of hire. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS</p> <ol> <li> <p>Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a normal office environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stand and walk around the facility on a regular basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to withstand constant to intermittent noise levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English. Prefer bi-lingual in Spanish.</p> </li></ol>
