Grove College of Business at Shippensburg University invites applications for a temporary adjunct position for the Fall 2025 semester.</p> <p>Responsibilities: Teach two sections MBA556 - Organizational Leadership. This course is a 3 credit online course that runs for 8-weeks. This course examines the leadership and influence issues managers face and recognizing that leadership is not limited to managers. Topics include characteristics of effective leaders, power and influence strategies, crisis management, organizational politics, and leadership assessment. In addition, faculty members are expected to perform other duties as assigned in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates must have a PhD or DBA in a Business field.
