We are currently hiring for both our Day Program and our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule.</p> <p>Locations: Positions available in Concord and Penacook.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Day Program Role (30 hours/week)</p> <p>As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you'll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill-building activities such as:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Vocational tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Volunteerism</p> </li><li> <p>Outings and integrative community experiences</p> </li></ul> <p>Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.</p> <p>Looking for a full 40-hour week? Start in the Day Program and add up to 10 additional hours in one of our residential homes.</p> <p>Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time)</p> <p>As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility</p> </li><li> <p>Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry</p> </li><li> <p>Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events</p> </li><li> <p>Following personalized care plans</p> </li><li> <p>Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct Support Professional (DSP)</p> </li><li> <p>Residential Counselor</p> </li><li> <p>Caregiver</p> </li><li> <p>Behavior Technician</p> </li><li> <p>Support Counselor</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 18 years of age</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Day Program: $19 - $20 hourly, dependent upon program needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Residential: $22.62 hourly, dependent upon program needs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Grow with us!</p> <p>Advance your career through our paid DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an additional $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.</p> <p>What's in it for you?
