<p>Job purpose</p> <ul> <li>This position works with Operations and all other departments in order to guide and direct the activities necessary to the standards of quality in accordance with TASUS Quality Management Systems. </li></ul> <p>Duties and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Quality Manager in creating a plant wide environment which champions quality in all aspects of products, services and personal relationships. </li><li>Active participant in Quality Planning Meetings for products specific to customer requirements, prior to reaching the initial sampling and production phases. </li><li>Develop and implement customer required programs (FMEA's, Control Plans, Flow Charts, Quality Inspection Instructions, SOP's, Quality Alerts etc.) and may be instrumental in delivery of PPAP documentation. </li><li>Utilize current and future technology to ensure product quality; SPC, DOE, TS16949, IATF, etc. </li><li>Provide assistance to the customer as to determine product release requirements, including product and tooling specifications, value added activities, packaging, etc. </li><li>Provide assistance to customers on first run product launch at customer site. </li><li>Aid in troubleshooting any customer related non-conformance due to processing or sampling of product. </li><li>Responsible for problem solving guidance and meetings </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Printing and Converting Quality experience preferred </li><li>Program Management experience preferred </li><li>5 years manufacturing experience required </li><li>3 years automotive manufacturing preferred </li><li>Understanding of the use of tools for continuous improvement such as control charts and other graphical tools; design of experiments and reliability studies. </li><li>Strong Mathematical skills with emphasis on statistics. </li><li>Mastery in the use of GSuite, spreadsheets, and project planning software. </li><li>Requires a strong knowledge of quality assurance standards as outlined in the TASUS Quality Management System and other designated quality systems. </li><li>Assist with all audits. </li><li>Good interpersonal skills </li><li>Good understanding of total Maintenance department </li><li>Good teaching/training skills </li></ul>
