Glanbia Performance Nutrition brands include Optimum Nutrition, Isopure, BSN, think!, and Amazing Grass.</p> <p>The Sales Analyst is an entry-level role supporting sales, operations, and brand growth for both Walmart and Target businesses. This position manages key datasets, reporting routines, and business systems while coordinating cross-functional workflows and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations. Success requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Maintain, update, and validate datasets across core systems </li><li>Build and distribute recurring dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly) </li><li>Conduct data audits, hygiene tasks, and quality checks to ensure accuracy </li><li>Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis </li><li>Partner with IT and retailers on system issues, upgrades, troubleshooting, user support, and new tool rollouts </li><li>Maintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) </li><li>Identify process gaps and recommend improvements </li><li>Partner with teams across Finance, HR, RGM, Demand Planning, Category Management, and Connected Commerce to ensure alignment </li><li>Support integrated planning process and help prepare materials for cross-functional meetings </li><li>Share data, reports, and insights to enable informed decision making </li><li>Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace </li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships </li><li>Serve as liaison with building management and maintenance partners </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures </li><li>Coordinate office-related projects, timelines, and documentation </li></ul> <p>The Skills you will bring to the team</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with internship experience or up to 2 years in a related field </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs </li><li>Proactive, curious, team-oriented, and brings positive energy to the workplace </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills </li></ul> <p>What we would like to offer you!</p> <p>The opportunity to develop your career on a global stage, continuous learning through an on-demand learning platform, and a competitive compensation package including staff discounts, generous family leave policy, health & dental plan, competitive salary, 401K.</p>
