When issues arise, they work across the care continuum with other clinical and pharmacy team members including the clinical pharmacist, the prescriber, and the clinic staff to ensure concerns are resolved quickly.</p> <p>Shields offers a generous employment package, including:</p> <ul> <li>Salary, plus bonus </li><li>M-F schedule; onsite in an outpatient clinic setting </li><li>4 weeks of PTO, plus 10 Holidays </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Health, Dental and Vision Benefits eligible on the first day of employment </li></ul> <p>Experience/ Education:</p> <ul> <li>Required Licensure/Certification: We are seeking experienced pharmacy technicians who are registered with the State of employment. Nationally certified as a CPhT is preferred but not required </li><li>Years of Experience: Required 2-5 years, Preferred 5-8 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician </li><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement, strong verbal and written communication, highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word; able to quickly learn other software programs and able to extract relevant information; strong organizational/administrative skills a must </li></ul> <p>Traits: Organized, high-integrity, attention to detail, dependable, quality focus, empathetic, good listener/communicator</p> <p>Other: Energetic, highly motivated, team player with strong personal and communication skills; discretion and confidentiality essential as position deals with highly sensitive and private data</p> <p>Specialties: Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology a plus</p> <p>Massachusetts residents: This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Shields Health Solutions. An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $50,000.00 and $65,000.00 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.</p>
