Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides</p> <p>support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and</p> <p>organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Required: Graduate of state accredited nursing program. B.S.N. OR an</p> <p>Associates Degree with B.S.N. in process to be completed within two (2) years of initial enrollment</p> <p>date.</p> <p>Preferred: Masters in Nursing</p> <p>Licensure/Certification:</p> <p>a) Current Florida RN license</p> <p>b) ACLS designation required for BMT, SCU, and Telemetry inpatient units</p> <p>c) Certification in area of speciality, required.</p> <p>d) Current provider designation in BCLS</p> <p>Training/Experience:</p> <p>a) Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting</p> <p>b) Demonstrated leadership experience preferred</p> <p>c) Oncology experience preferred</p> <p>Additional Skills:</p> <p>Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</p> <p>Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, teaching skills.
