<p>Role Description & Responsibilities</p> <p>The Sales Expert - CPG - Home & Lifestyle will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by performing end-to-end customer engagements. Your mission is to gain customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which you will be accountable to engage on value through internal framework.</p> <ul> <li>Manage a highly consultative and complex sales cycle. </li><li>Develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy for assigned accounts/territory </li><li>Network internally within the larger 3DS ecosystem to form and leverage relationships to identify new opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with senior level executive contacts and confidently articulate a transformational vision </li><li>Prospect within target clients to uncover sales opportunities. </li><li>Leverage principals of enterprise/group selling to navigate large potential clients and build relationships. </li><li>Document and maintain all activities, account sales strategy and opportunity process. </li><li>Negotiate and close business to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. </li><li>8+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise software sales. </li><li>Experience using and/or selling Product Lifecycle Management, Laboratory, ERP/Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing Operations Management software. </li><li>Experience in Consumer-centric Industries such as Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Home Care, and/or Packaging is a plus. </li><li>Experience with Dassault Systemes products is a plus. </li><li>Strong account management Skills. </li><li>Effective communication and negotiating skills. </li><li>Strong collaborative and team-building skills. </li><li>Effective relationship building skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $144,200 - 217,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus</p>
