We're seeking compassionate team members who embrace our core values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy, and Fun!</p> <p>Our Team Members Say It Best, at Three Pillars, you'll be:</p> <ul> <li>Valued for your dedication and compassion </li><li>Empowered to grow-both professionally and personally </li><li>Inspired by a strong culture of care and collaboration </li><li>Welcomed into a close-knit, mission-driven community </li></ul> <p>Assisted Living RN Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin. </li><li>Current and valid CBRF certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire. </li><li>Experience in assisted living care is preferred. </li><li>Basic computer knowledge. </li><li>Knowledge of OBRA, state and federal regulations as applied to long term care preferred. </li></ul> <p>What you'll do as an Assisted Living RN:</p> <ul> <li>Develops and delivers the clinical care of each resident in collaboration with the Director of CBRF and/or the physician and utilizing the nursing process </li><li>Supervises and supports care delivered by the nursing staff to assure quality of care is maintained </li><li>Safely administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician </li><li>Assist in the admission/readmission process as directed by the supervisor including observing and gathering of clinical data and development and implementation of the initial plan of care </li><li>Provide coaching and re-education of staff as needed to improve/maintain quality of care.
