<p>The Infor SyteLine Senior Developer will analyze complex business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions, while collaborating closely with functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, customize, and enhance Infor SyteLine Cloud/CloudSuite Industrial applications. </li><li>Create and manage Infor Mongoose forms for improved user interfaces and functionality. </li><li>Integrate Syteline with external systems using Infor OS APIs and automate business decision-making. </li><li>Develop scripts to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency. </li><li>Use Birst to design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. </li><li>Create and optimize BQL queries for sophisticated reporting and data extraction. </li><li>Provide ongoing support for production environments by troubleshooting and implementing fixes. </li><li>Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. </li><li>Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and proper documentation. </li><li>Ensure system security, performance, and scalability in line with organizational goals. </li><li>In-office work 5 days a week at the assigned branch office. </li><li>English speaking during an emergency and while performing job duties where there is potential for an emergency. This does not apply to casual conversations between employees while not performing a job duty. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. </li><li>5-6 years of experience with SyteLine Cloud/CloudSuite Industrial, Factory Track, IDM, Birst, and Infor OS. </li><li>Proficiency with C#, Visual Basic, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Mongoose Framework Forms, IDOs, Extension Class Assemblies, AES, and multi-tier architecture. </li><li>Ability to design and implement databases and SQL-based software solutions. </li><li>Experience in developing complex applications, modifications, and troubleshooting issues. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining technical requirements and solutions to clients. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an Infor Syteline Cloud/Cloudsuite Industrial Developer. </li><li>Strong expertise in Infor Mongoose, particularly in the development and customization of forms. </li><li>Experience with Infor OS APIs for system integration and automation. </li><li>Proficiency in scripting within the Infor CloudSuite environment. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in using Birst for reporting and dashboard creation. </li><li>Solid knowledge of BQL (Business Query Language) for complex queries and reporting. </li><li>Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. </li><li>Experience with Mongoose and SQL is a bonus. </li><li>Familiarity with .NET Framework and ASP is a plus. </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday </li><li>8:00am - 5:00pm </li><li>STATUS: Non-Exempt $135,000 DOE </li><li>On-site at either one of this locations La Mirada CA, Schaumburg IL or High Point North Carolina </li></ul> <p>MENTAL ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work harmoniously with others. </li><li>Ability to accept and follow instructions. </li><li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude. </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>LIFTING: Average Weight: 25 lb.
