This role is crucial for ensuring accurate, on-time shipment of product to the customer.</p> <p>Hours: M-F 2 PM - 10 PM</p> <p>VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Innovation </li><li>Commitment & Passion </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Team & Relationships </li></ul> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Retrieve products from inventory based on production orders, ensuring accuracy in item selection and quantity </li><li>Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials and methods </li><li>Accurately label pallets with customer and job-specific information </li><li>Inspect items for defects or damage before packing, and ensure that all products meet company quality standards </li><li>Work closely with production departments and leadership to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment </li></ul> <p>ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>High level of attention to detail; able to carefully and thoroughly examine product, labels, and order to ensure accuracy </li><li>Can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and complete orders within specified timeframes </li><li>Able to work as part of a team through clear communication, collaboration, and supporting team members to support common goal </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or order assembly role is preferred </li><li>Ability to lift and move product up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks </li><li>Basic computer knowledge </li><li>Familiarity with reading blueprints and job sheets </li></ul> <p>The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
