Join Casey's Distribution Center team as a Heavy Duty Grocery Order Filler.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Examines assigned grocery picking labels to determine correct lane, route, stop, tote count, and cigarette count. </li><li>Selects correct amount of grocery items from the pick slot and manually stacks merchandise onto a pallet while operating a single or double pallet jack. </li><li>Complies with established Company safety procedures and all food safety </li><li>Performs other related duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Core hours for this role are Sun-Thurs 6p-2:30a</p> <p>w/ overtime as needed</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Starting Pay: $20/hour. Team Members are eligible for an increase to $22/ hour after 6 months of employment based on meeting performance standards.</p> <ul> <li>Production based incentive program </li><li>Shift Differential - $1.50/hour </li><li>Functional reading, writing and numerical skills. </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. </li><li>Ability to operate a single and double pallet jack, forklift, and other mechanical warehouse equipment (Casey's will provide equipment training). </li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist and lift up to and including 55 pounds on a repetitive basis. </li><li>Must have the ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day. </li><li>Previous experience working in a warehouse environment in close proximity to other team members preferred. </li><li>Work is performed in a warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures and in close proximity to other team members. </li><li>Casey's is committed to a drug-free workplace.
