<p>WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS COORDINATOR</p> <p>You'll be the first and most consistent point of contact in the claims experience-supporting injured employees and their employers with compassion, precision, and urgency. You'll handle incident intake, manage early-stage claim setup, and drive communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This is a detail-heavy, service-focused role where you'll ensure every claim starts strong and progresses smoothly.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Intake and process all workplace incidents and WC claims accurately and quickly in the claims system</p> </li><li> <p>Initiate and distribute all necessary forms, documents, and communications (e.g., WC-14, AFU, subpoenas, IME scheduling)</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the ServiceFirst queue daily-responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as appropriate</p> </li><li> <p>Support vendors and attorneys with timely payment entries and document follow-up; ensure zero missed disbursements</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular, proactive updates to clients and claimants to build trust and keep momentum throughout the claim lifecycle</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain full documentation integrity in the claims system to support compliance and reporting standards</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING</p> <p>You're service-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy matters.
