<p>Position Summary...</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <p>The Facility Manager position serves as the overall site leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of integrity and belonging. This critical leader manages financials, oversees asset utilization, and leverages data to guide business decisions in a nonautomated facility. The Facility Manager also supervises and develops teams, ensures compliance, and champions continuous improvement to deliver on our customer promise and support Walmart's mission to help people save money and live better.
