We strive to help achieve personal career goals by providing opportunities of growth and movement throughout the company.</p> <p>Job title : Project coordinator</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Reporting to the General Manager of the Canadian market, this role works closely with the Sales and Operations teams, serving as a link between the needs of Sales/Wellness Advocates and operational realities.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Operations Supervisor in the daily management of products available in the Canadian market (excess reports, expiration dates, availability reports, etc.) </li><li>Contribute to problem-solving related to order delays and/or shipping issues </li><li>Provide sales reports during promotional periods </li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to implement strategies, promotions, and offers based on inventory availability and/or sales results </li><li>Ensure effective communication between Corporate Headquarters and Wellness Advocates, including drafting and updating communications via Team App </li><li>Coordinate monthly calls between the Canadian market and Corporate Headquarters (invitations, logistics, agenda, and Canva presentations) </li><li>Provide monthly sales reports and ensure follow-up related to rank advancements and recognition </li><li>Collaborate with the Account Manager team on various projects (month-end: backdating, anniversary promotions, etc.) </li><li>Produce the monthly sales newsletter for Wellness Advocates in the Canadian market </li><li>Support the Sales team with the execution of corporate events (e.g., product requisitions) </li><li>Provide various support to the VP of Sales (e.g., preparing reports based on preferred sales tactics) </li><li>Develop Canva presentations </li><li>Support leaders during event seasons </li><li>Build strong relationships with Wellness Advocates </li><li>Organize conference calls and distribute call notes </li><li>Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Ability to establish positive, collaborative, and effective professional relationships </li><li>Strong written communication skills </li><li>Dynamic, positive, and proactive personality with the ability to communicate effectively, address concerns, and solve problems strategically </li><li>Strong understanding of doTERRA's operational environment and ability to manage priorities effectively </li><li>Experience in the direct selling industry and customer service is an asset </li><li>Proficiency in DataTrax, Tableau (training provided), Excel, and Canva, with availability to work full-time </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li></ul> <p>doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
