Sundance Beverage Company is part of the National Beverage family of iconic brands.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>2nd Shift Position</p> <p>We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor with previous quality control experience in the food industry. This position consists of testing and sampling all products and ensuring that we are producing a safe, great tasting, quality product that meets our specifications.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate HACCP compliance. </li><li>Oversee product sampling and analysis process. </li><li>Participate in microbiological control program. </li><li>Ensure all products meet quality and safety specifications via product testing. </li><li>Calculate adjustments to batches and alter batches to meet specs. </li><li>Participate in quality and sanitation programs. </li><li>Conduct environmental monitoring and implement corrective actions. </li><li>Supervise three lab techs, product compounding, and pasteurization. This is a hands-on position requiring the learning, operating, and problem solving in these areas. </li><li>Work closely with other departments to facilitate production output and quality. </li><li>Assist in production supervision as needed. </li><li>Facilitate regulatory compliance. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>B.S.
