If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!</p> <p>Titan Security is currently hiring Security Officers and a Shift Supervisor to work at a location in the Battle Creek, Michigan area.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information. </li><li>Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons. </li><li>Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required. </li><li>Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment. </li><li>Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages. </li><li>Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED) </li><li>Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check </li><li>Previous experience in security is preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Compensation is from $17.00 - $18.50 / Hour, depending on position. </li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays. </li><li>Opportunities for career growth and promotion. </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits. </li><li>Pension/Retirement 401K benefits. </li><li>Skills-enhancing training. </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/D/V</p> <p>#HP</p>
