<p>Let's introduce ourselves</p> <p>The Insights and Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Americas organization with reliable, insight driven data and ensures operational effectiveness through report development, meeting documentation, and day-to-day operational support.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Build concise visual summaries translating complex datasets into clear insights for senior leadership presentations </li><li>Gathering data and cross-functional inputs from Sales Planning, Market Intelligence, Finance, Regional teams, and Marketing </li><li>Track, document, and follow up on action items and decisions from leadership and cross functional meetings to ensure accountability and progress </li><li>Produce clear, concise executive briefing materials </li><li>Support ad-hoc data requests by extracting, validating, and synthesizing data to inform business decisions </li><li>Support the Strategy and Business Intelligence team across reporting, coordination, and operational activities </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring</p> <p>Competencies/Experience/Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>3+ years of experience working in the automotive industry is preferred </li><li>Demonstrated experience working with reports and data analysis.
