<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for creating B2C and B2B materials for the organization utilizing HTML from time to time as a mid-level, digital-first designer. The ideal candidate should have the ability to conceptualize fresh concepts and possess expertise in web/mobile UX design. Additionally, they will be involved in creating landing pages, social media posts, executive CRM-driven marketing campaigns, facilitating product launches, and designing print collateral, all while efficiently addressing the day-to-day operation requirements of the business.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conceptualizes new ideas for social media, digital advertising campaigns, video-driven narratives, and print campaigns. </li><li>Creates materials in all forms of media (social media, HTML email, websites, landing pages, flyers, postcards, print/newspaper advertisements, brochures, social media assets, etc.). </li><li>Conceptualizes visual direction based on brand and product requirements. </li><li>Uses appropriate colors, fonts, layouts based on company's brand guidelines. </li><li>Manages multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizes. </li><li>Meets established deadlines and communicates any project delays. </li><li>Works with outside vendors regarding ongoing projects. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail. </li><li>Proofreads work to ensure complete accuracy and professional presentation. </li><li>Schedules and tracks projects to ensure timely completion within our Project Management tool. </li><li>Saves all files using proper naming conventions and cataloging. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or equivalent preferred, or minimum of three (3) + years' graphic design experience. </li><li>Expertise in all relevant graphic design computer programs (Adobe Creative Suite) required. </li><li>Proven graphic design experience required. </li><li>Experience with Total Expert preferred. </li><li>Experience with Workfront Project Management Tool preferred. </li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS preferred. </li><li>Experience within financial services, the mortgage industry, and/or within a regulated industry is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Why work for #teamloanDepot:</p> <ul> <li>Aggressive compensation package based on experience and skill set </li><li>Inclusive, diverse and collaborative culture where people from all backgrounds can thrive </li><li>Work with other passionate, purposeful and customer-centric people </li><li>Extensive internal growth and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision </li><li>Wellness program to support both mental and physical health </li><li>Generous paid time off for both exempt and non-exempt positions </li></ul> <p>About loanDepot:</p> <p>loanDepot (NYSE: LDI) is a digital commerce company committed to serving its customers throughout the home ownership journey. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $67,000 and $92,000.
