Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is currently hiring quality, high energy people to work as a Rental Car Lot Coordinator for our partners.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Direct and traffic in the rental car lot according to current priorities </li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of the pit and keep it organized by category </li><li>Follow safe driving practices, company safety procedures and verbal directions </li><li>Move rental vehicles as needed for inventory space and to the dirty pit when needed </li><li>Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills </li><li>Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time </li><li>Move de-fleet vehicles and coordinate lot operations </li><li>Perform supply chain duties as needed </li><li>Remove all films on seats, handles, mats and steering wheels </li><li>Apply all required tags to comply with Motor Vehicles Department standards </li><li>Ensure all required documents are in the vehicle </li><li>Transport vehicles safely and quickly within the site from one location to another </li><li>Adapt to changing schedules and tasks as required </li><li>Provide amazing service and professionalism to our clients and customers </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health insurance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>DailyPay access </li></ul> <p>What we require:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li><li>A clean driving record is great but not required </li><li>18 years of age or older </li><li>Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed </li><li>Able to work in all weather conditions </li><li>Ability to work under minimal supervision with excellent time management skills </li><li>This position consists of repetitive movement in an open environment, including but not limited to bending, stooping, and lifting </li></ul> <p>JOB CODE: CLE</p>
