As a Traveling Merchandising Lead, you'll embark on exciting journeys to execute project-based work that keeps retail environments visually appealing and in line with compliance standards. You'll build lasting relationships with store managers while leading a skilled team through diverse tasks such as steel racking installations, tech upgrades, and quick fixes. If you're ready to hop from one project to the next and make a tangible impact in retail spaces across the map, this is the role for you!</p> <p>Important Information</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Represent Apollo and its' business units in all interactions with our retail partners, its' customers and external vendors. </li><li>Carry out the needs of the company while supporting all Apollo policies and procedures. </li><li>Communicate regularly with Project Manager and/or District Manager on assigned project updates, wins and opportunities. </li><li>Identify opportunities within assigned project and collaborate with Project Manager or District Manager on specific action plan to correct. </li><li>Ensure any project related reporting and scheduling are submitted on-time with accuracy. </li><li>Create a positive and engaging team environment with an open-door communication policy. </li><li>Delegate and monitor team performance to assigned project providing additional coaching and training where needed. </li><li>Motivate team members by providing positive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance. </li><li>Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. </li><li>Maintain safety standards per OSHA required guidelines and report accidents immediately. </li><li>Responsible to bring assigned project in or under budgeted hours. </li><li>Maintain safety standards per OSHA required guidelines and report accidents immediately. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) drivers license & reliable transportation is required </li><li>Minimum of two years' retail industry experience, including merchandising, installation and leadership experience. </li><li>Strong interpersonal including written and oral communication and customer support skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans with knowledge of blueprints; able to cross reference multiple documents. </li><li>Strong knowledge of fixture building including, racking, shelves and assembly including cash register wraps and various fixtures. Must know how to anchor gondola, seismic anchor where needed. </li><li>Completion of all internal certifications and training programs. May require certification to operate machinery (e.g. forklifts, scissor lifts) </li><li>Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, internet access, and basic tools (e.g. cordless drill, hammer drill, hammers, mallet, box cutter, screw drivers, etc.); specialty tools may be required. </li><li>Must be able to work independently or as a member of a team. </li><li>Computer knowledge, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, uploading files/pictures, sending reports etc. </li><li>Personal mobile device required </li><li>Be willing to travel minimum 50% </li><li>Possible nights and weekends </li><li>95% of time dedicated to physical work: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time, Lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment also required </li><li>Lifting 50lbs+ of weight (frequently); repetitive motions </li><li>Precarious or high locations may be required; will be required to frequently climb and descend ladders </li><li>Possible daily and/or overnight travel required </li></ul> <p>Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Mileage & Travel Pay </li><li>Per Diem & Hotel for Travelers </li><li>Free Training Resources </li><li>Project Can Range from 0-40 Hours Per Week Based on Volume </li><li>Weekly Pay ("Rain" Offered- Early Access to Wages) </li></ul> <p>Pay:</p> <p>$20 per hour</p> <p>#ARSEASY</p>
