<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst - Dynamics in Castle Rock, CO.</p> <p>Essential Duties: (Key duties and responsibilities of this Senior Systems Analyst position include, but are not limited to, the items listed below):</p> <ul> <li>Assists business units in the development and implementation of their strategic objectives, policies, procedures, and standards </li><li>Evaluates techniques and processes and makes recommendations that will improve the team's effectiveness and capabilities </li><li>Understanding, in depth, the business processes supported by assigned business software applications </li><li>Analyzes and documents business users' requirements, clarifying inconsistencies, conflicts, or ambiguities, to effectively model business processes in software </li><li>Serves as the IT application owner of assigned business applications for their lifecycles </li><li>Responsible for the configuration, development, testing and maintenance and documentation of business software applications </li><li>Develop and maintain relations with 3rd party support and vendors </li><li>Use in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules to provide effective solutions to the Finance and </li><li>Payroll teams and to address business scenarios; Knowledge of the interdependency between modules is essential for making design decisions </li><li>Keep abreast of new Microsoft Dynamics releases and applications and present opportunities for improvement to the business </li><li>Provides support for all Microsoft Dynamics Finance functions* A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required </li><li>Five years of experience of platform development, configuration and support of COTS, SAAS or PAAS applications is required </li><li>Two years of experience working within waterfall or agile IT project methodologies is required </li><li>Two years of experience writing Structure Query Language (SQL) queries is required </li><li>A combination of education and experience may be considered </li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, Budget, Procurement and Sourcing, Project Management and Accounting, and reporting modules is preferred </li><li>Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, including data migration, system configuration, and workflow development </li><li>Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License upon hire, with complying insurance; Review of motor vehicle record is required at time of hire and periodically throughout employment </li><li>ITIL v3 (or higher) is preferred </li><li>Agile Scrum Foundation is preferred </li><li>Software development/support experience is preferred </li><li>Business analysis and financial analysis experience is preferred </li><li>Project management and/or cross-functional team leadership experience is preferred </li></ul>
