<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking a L2 Support Lead to support a managed services engagement focused on enterprise application development and infrastructure support. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enhancements and automation of manual workflows, contributing to the development and customization of a case management solution built on a low-code platform, and supporting incident management activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across diverse technology stacks. This position also plays a key role in legacy modernization efforts and the integration of emerging digital technologies.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. </li><li>Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of St Louis, MO or be willing to relocate to any of this location. </li><li>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time </li><li>At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. </li><li>Hardware infrastructure experience and proven years of experience in Cloud-Based (PCF / AWS), Linux, Mainframe </li><li>Experience with Database solutions, Postgres, DB2, Oracle </li><li>Strong experience in Log Monitoring and Analysis - Splunk, Dynatrace, On Perm PCF, Public AWS </li></ul> <p>other tools include and are not limited to Remedy, Jira / ALM (Rally)</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong reporting and analysis skills are an additional bonus. Having someone cares about the data quality and integrity of the data is critical to ensuring that we have the data points to return to to reflect and improve </li><li>Ability to build a collaborative culture and who can effectively document and look to automate or improve the triage process are preferred. </li><li>The individual who can come in and be curious to figure things out, ask questions to learn, offer suggestions to improve the process </li><li>Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams, thrive in a culture that values continuous learning, innovation, and diversity. </li><li>Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment, collaborate with global teams to deliver excellence and foster a high-performance environment </li></ul> <p>The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.</p>
