<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.</p> <ul> <li>Supervise all day-to-day operations in warehouse </li><li>Work with Accounting to resolve inventory issues and discrepancies. </li><li>Reconciles inventory related invoices according to company controls. </li><li>Assists with scheduled physical inventory cycle counts at LAF </li><li>Supervise shipping, receiving and movement of assets. </li><li>Assures receiving & shipping is completed following policy and procedure. </li><li>Manages companies logistics including daily routing and on call rotations. </li><li>Participates in on call rotation. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience managing warehouse operations </li><li>Intermediate understanding of warehousing operations </li><li>Intermediate supervisory experience 10-30 employees </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & have ERP experience (Bonafide preferred) </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Sitting at desk, standing, and walking throughout warehouse/office </li><li>Operation of office equipment and computer </li><li>Lift/move items up to 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Problem Solving/Analysis </li><li>Time Management </li><li>Communication Proficiency </li><li>Teamwork Orientation </li></ul> <p>You will be expected to work during shift designation upon hire, which is Monday through Friday.
