<p>Entry-Level Project Engineer</p> <p>Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Industry: Construction</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for a new graduate with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management who is eager to build a career in the construction industry. The Project Engineer will support project managers and field staff in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination </li><li>Help prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and documentation </li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance </li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers </li><li>Participate in project meetings and take meeting notes as needed </li><li>Support change order documentation and cost tracking </li><li>Assist with RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes </li><li>Perform site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or related field) required </li><li>Internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus, but not required </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
