They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBCUs and HSIS); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.</p> <ul> <li>Implement on-campus recruitment events and initiatives (career fairs, information sessions, panels, professional learning, etc.) </li><li>Use recruitment tools (applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and spreadsheets) to source high-quality talent </li><li>Identify, establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local and national organizations that provide high quality and diverse talent for our schools </li><li>Strengthen communication and relationships with school leaders and Selection recruiters to assess short and long-term talent needs and trends </li><li>Manage Onboarding Process </li><li>Support the Human Resource Office functions </li></ul> <p>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate goals, strategies, projects, and initiatives </li><li>Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilities </li><li>Proven ability to take multiple perspectives to solve challenges in real-time </li><li>Ability to utilize data to inform practices and build short-term and long-term goals </li><li>Ability to collect and apply input from managers or team members to achieve strong results </li><li>Ability to self-reflect and self-assess workstreams </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambitious environment </li><li></li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 month contracted position. Salary, hours & work year to be determined by Board in consultation with Lead Person.</p> <p>EVALUATION: Annually according to state statute and rule and Board policy.</p> <p>SALARY GRADE/RANGE: $60,00.00</p> <p>STATUS: Non-Exempt</p>
