This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p> <ul> <li>Take orders from guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, creating a positive experience. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire environment. </li><li>Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to verify age. </li><li>Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate these to the appropriate team member. </li><li>Follow safe food handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED or blend of education and relevant experience. </li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines. </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card and a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License. </li><li>Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, perform physically demanding tasks, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. </li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team. </li><li></li></ul>
