Marzetti, and we reserve the right to contact those candidates without any obligation to pay a fee.</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will be reside in the Columbus or Cincinnati areas </li></ul> <p>Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Sales, the Customer Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and evaluating their business at specific key customer assignments to achieve sales objectives. The CAM manages assigned categories and customer responsibilities, acting as a liaison between the T. Marzetti Sales team and the Customer's key contacts. They are responsible for delivering sales objectives and targets, utilizing the intersection of brand and customer strategies, while adhering to company policies and procedures.</p> <p>The CAM will work with support of the Director of Retail Sales to carefully analyze, recommend, and implement all strategies and tactics agreed upon that maximizes long term volume and profits for the company. The CAM will be responsible for developing the Relationship Strategy with their Key Accounts, with the objective of ensuring continuity of support and sustainability of the business. Additional responsibilities include recommending and managing promotions/merchandising activities and supporting volume forecasting and business reporting.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop rapport and relationship with key customer contacts, ensuring achievement of base business objectives (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Promotions) </li><li>Manages Trade plans execution and updates in Trade management & Customer Systems </li><li>Facilitates and supports Deduction Management (research, clearing, reconcile) with key broker contacts and internal T. Marzetti contacts </li><li>Owns Customer Contracts & specific customer system interface (Master data/New item set up, pricing, data entry) </li><li>Daily interaction with Director for strategic direction / oversight (Trade, Revenue, Forecasts) </li><li>Interactions with customers for the planning and execution of trade, new items, and supply chain forecasts </li><li>Interface with customers at meetings, presentations, etc. to support Direct Customer objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or equivalent experience. </li><li>2-5 years in CPG HQ or Field Sales supporting key customers including reporting, planning, indirect selling, and sales execution. (Direct Experience with Kroger 2+ Years Preferred) </li><li>Strong sales and customer relationship background with an understanding of business processes and/or Category Management. </li><li>Ability to work within team environment, collaborating cross-functionally and vertically within the organization. </li><li>Strong technical skills including MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.) and experience with IRI, Trade Management Systems, 84.51/Stratum, Market 6, etc. </li></ul>
