<p>Recruitment & Outreach</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified foster families. </li><li>Represent the agency at community events, informational sessions, schools, places of worship, and other outreach opportunities. </li><li>Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts. </li><li>Recruitment with the purpose of bringing in more diverse foster parents. </li></ul> <p>Marketing & Communications</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials (flyers, social media content, newsletters, etc.). </li><li>Maintain a calendar of recruitment activities and campaigns. </li><li>Respond to inquiries from prospective foster parents in a timely and professional manner. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree. </li><li>Background and/or education in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is a plus. </li><li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. </li><li>Experience in foster care, child welfare or social services preferred. </li><li>Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to engage diverse communities with cultural competence. </li><li>Organized, self-motivated and capable of working independently. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database management. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li></ul>
