By focusing on continual improvement, our services remain at the forefront of our industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering our services with the highest degree of integrity.</p> <p>SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst II (Industrial Hygiene/Occupational or Environmental Health) to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION</p> <p>This position requires an extensive knowledge of federal and USAF occupational, environmental, safety and health regulations; extensive knowledge of federal and USAF radiological (ionizing and nonionizing) regulations; and an extensive knowledge of the data management systems that support the above regulations.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>OEH Data Analysis & Program Evaluation</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate large OEH datasets to improve practices and reduce uncertainty in exposure assessments.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess the effectiveness of OEH program implementation across USAF and DoD.</p> </li><li> <p>DOEHRS & Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data entry/extraction from DOEHRS.</p> </li><li> <p>Define and mockup report requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Review impacts of DOEHRS system changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Health Risk Assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct environmental, safety, and occupational health risk assessments using DOEHRS data.</p> </li><li> <p>Include hazard identification, exposure and toxicological assessments, and risk characterization.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic OEH Planning & Knowledge Management</p> </li><li> <p>Write, review, and critique objectives at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Create proposals, briefings, and battle rhythm presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Training & Implementation Support</p> </li><li> <p>Design and deliver technical training for OEH programs and analytical tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Educate government personnel on implementation methods.</p> </li><li> <p>Consultation & Special Studies</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance on force health protection issues, regulations, and policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct data analyses and author studies to support USAF/DoD units.</p> </li><li> <p>Multi-System Data Integration</p> </li><li> <p>Extract data from DOEHRS, BCS, PMAS, PMR, and ASIMS.</p> </li><li> <p>Measure OEH program performance and develop improvement strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Product Development & Recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend enhancements to USAF/DoD data-centric systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education & Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational/Environmental Health, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>OR equivalent experience (exceptions considered).</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience in:</p> </li><li> <p>OEH and Health Risk Assessments.</p> </li><li> <p>DOEHRS and Business Objects (BCS).</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years' experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</p> </li><li> <p>Security</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file.</p> </li></ul> <p>Highly Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Regulatory Familiarity</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DoD, and USAF OEH requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in policy review, risk data analysis, program evaluation, and training assessment.</p> </li><li> <p>System Expertise</p> </li><li> <p>Familiar with DOEHRS IH-RAM, PMAS, PMR, and ASIMS.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong capability in conducting full-scope OEH program reviews.</p> </li></ul> <p>SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
