<p>A Kforce client is searching for driven, committed, Lead Generation Specialist to assist their growing sales team in Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI). This department is responsible to support the outside sales associates by tracking sales and customer data, supporting marketing and new product campaigns, and developing qualified leads.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Generation Specialist will utilize email templates to inform customers of new campaigns or products </li><li>Reach out via phone to customers to introduce product upgrades </li><li>Trade show information and marketing tools </li><li>Commit to learning a diverse product base to effectively communicate and troubleshoot with customers* Bachelor's degree </li><li>5 years of working experience in lead management or customer service </li><li>Experience in a service/customer service-based position </li><li>Experience with Salesforce is helpful but not required </li><li>Communication skills written and verbal to communicate with customer service and internal </li><li>Organizational skill and problem-solving skills </li><li>Software: Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, Word and CRM </li><li>Go-getter, self-starter attitude </li></ul>
