This individual will collaborate with other organizations within Siemens to ensure our customers' needs are met while managing customer expectations accordingly to maintain a successful relationship.</p> <p>You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Escalation for product related questions. </li><li>Work with Product Management and Technical Support Engineers to provide solutions. </li><li>Ability to utilize and advise location of websites, on-line tools, catalogs, and literature. </li><li>Use logical reasoning to provide creative solutions for our customers' problems. </li><li>Identities problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve or refer them to others. </li><li>Demonstrates a fundamental knowledge of professional principles and skills. Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices and procedures when resolving standard product and engineered product questions presented by customers and co-workers. </li><li>Provides consultation or advice to management regarding product support or training for other employees. </li><li>Utilize SieSales to enter, manage, and prioritize case load to attain established service level agreements. </li><li>Ability and desire to learn assigned business segment product line. May need to take internal product training. </li><li>Ability to successfully complete required training program. </li><li>Must have organizational knowledge in order to obtain proper product support. </li><li>Must have the ability to navigate through multiple catalogs and online tools to provide product support. </li><li>Must be able to cross, identify, select, and provide replacement parts. </li><li>Must be able to provide trip curves, drawings, specifications sheets, and instruction sheets. </li><li>Must be able to quote replacement motor control center unit-only. </li><li>Must be able to quote panelboards, switchboard, and motor control centers in certain situations. </li><li>Ability to be the escalation point for product support for Customer Support and Johnson City. </li><li>Ability to lead short product trainings to our Level 1 team. </li><li>High Level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and organization skills. </li><li>Desire to grow within the company. </li><li>Ability to work within a team environment. </li><li>Must be a self-starter. </li><li>Must be detailed oriented. </li></ul> <p>You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>3 plus years of experience in Customer Support in the related fields: industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical industries </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-volume environments with accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Demonstrated leadership through data-driven decision-making, delivering measurable outcomes, and strategic insights </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong talent for organization </li><li>Highly experienced with SAP, Sie Portal, SieSales, Chat Functionality, OMS, PMD, DRC, and COMPAS GO </li></ul> <p>Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
