<p>Position Description:</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with the Executive Director/or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program. </li><li>Monitors all clinical records and programming to ensure they meet or exceed Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards. </li><li>Develops, implements and maintains program curriculum using evidenced based treatment and utilizing best practices with approval from the Executive Director/or Regional VP. </li><li>Provides specialty services to our clients to enhance their treatment experience. </li><li>Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Trains and assists in the professional development of staff. </li><li>Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness. </li><li>Assists with marketing and community relations as needed. </li><li>Conducts specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director/or Regional VP. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required. </li><li>A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, master's of science social work, master's of psychology or a master's in a counseling-related field from an accredited college or university required. </li><li>Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role. </li><li>Experience with a 12 step program preferred </li></ul> <p>Direct Reports:</p> <ul> <li>Program Counselors (PA only) </li><li>Program Coordinator(s) </li><li>Nurse Manager/Nurse Coordinator </li><li>RA Coordinator </li></ul>
