<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Full-time position</p> <p>Salary: $27.00-$29.00/hour</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a member of Coventry's district-wide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Team. RBT's support students and staff under the supervision of a district Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).</p> <ul> <li>Provide a consistent model of trauma-informed ABA practices </li><li>Model professionalism and adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the BACB </li><li>Provide constructive feedback to 1:1 staff supporting individualized student programs </li><li>Work with individual students to reinforce basic skills and check their use of instructional materials under the supervision of the teacher/BCBA </li><li>Model and monitor data collection procedures with a focus on consistency and fidelity </li><li>Collaborate with the teacher/BCBA to complete curriculum-based assessments that guide individualized programming </li><li>Support generalization and maintenance of skills across school environments </li><li>Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support student needs </li><li>Safely supervise students in both instructional and assessment activities in and out of the classroom </li><li>Assist the teacher/BCBA in the development and construction of materials to be used as instructional and reinforcement activities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Required </li><li>Registered as a Behavior Technician with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) </li><li>Completion of 40-hour RBT Training </li><li>BCBA verified competency checklist </li><li>Application through BACB account </li><li>Take and pass the RBT exam through Pearson Vue </li></ul> <p>Application Procedure: Please Apply online: http://www.applitrack.com/coventry/onlineapp/</p> <p>Applicants must submit the following items:</p>
