<p>The Hampton Roads market of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for an Administrative Receptionist, part-time. This position will report to the Director of Admissions.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This position is an essential first contact for students, faculty, staff and vendors. In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.</p> <p>Principal Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Answering a multi-line phone system </li><li>Polite and Professional Customer Service </li><li>Data entry and other Academic functions </li><li>Faxing, filing and basic office duties </li><li>Special projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position. Evening and weekend hours are required.</p> <p>Knowledge and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree preferred </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office </li><li>Previous receptionist experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Bryant & Stratton College is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
