We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Manager to oversee daily operations across two Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries. If you love leading teams, rolling up your sleeves, and creating joyful guest experiences, this is your chance to grow with a thriving brand.</p> <p>The successful candidate is expected to be actively involved in the bakery daily and able to step into any position, as needed, to support the team and deliver the joyful Nothing Bundt Cakes experience.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage daily operations across two bakery locations in accordance with the current Operations Manual. </li><li>Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and manage performance; deliver constructive feedback, conduct periodic reviews, and address any performance issues in a timely, effective manner </li><li>Supervise and support Managers at each store </li><li>Work alongside the team on the bakery floor and regularly perform hands-on tasks including baking, frosting, guest service, and cleaning </li><li>Ensure consistent execution and regular monitoring of brand standards, health and food safety compliance, and guest experience </li><li>Manage labor scheduling that balances excellent service with labor goals </li><li>Prioritize the guest experience and address concerns with warmth and professionalism </li><li>Facilitate opening and closing of the bakery, including cash drawer balancing and bank deposits </li><li>Manage inventory par levels based on sales forecast, monitor stock level, and process weekly ordering across stores, and manage waste </li><li>Monitor performance metrics and report weekly results to ownership </li><li>Drive seasonal promotions and lead proactive community outreach and events while responding appropriately to external requests for donations </li><li>Travel regularly between locations using company vehicle or reliable personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement to ensure consistent leadership presence </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of multi-unit or general management experience (food service preferred) </li><li>Strong leadership and team development skills </li><li>A hands-on leadership style with a "no job is beneath me" mindset.
