The Preconstruction Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, subcontractor lists, and Preconstruction databases to enable the Preconstruction project team efforts by ensuring a timely deliverable.</p> <p>Requires an Associate's degree in Business, Logistics or other related curriculum or equivalent working knowledge/experience.</p> <p>Preferred Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools </li><li>General knowledge of construction process and procedures </li><li>Experience with the construction bidding process </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <ul> <li>Little to no travel is required </li></ul>
