Coordination of the workflow of al laboratory services which may include Anatomic Pathology, Cytology, Transfusion Medicine, Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Immunology/Serology, Laboratory Information Technology, Microbiology, Point of Care Testing, Outpatient Phlebotomy, Office Support, and Laboratory testing at offsite facilities. In conjunction with the Laboratory Medical Director and Senior Director of Ancillary Services, ensures efficient and accurate laboratory services to physicians, patients and other departments of St. Luke's. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.</p> <p>Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:</p> <p>Education: BS or BA degree required, MBA preferred</p> <p>Experience/Licensure: (ASCP) or equivalent required, ten or more year's technical experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
