You bring the hustle, and we'll help you build the future you've always wanted.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, which include pre-arranged appointments - must always use company provided Ai Software when in the home </li><li>Servicing customers at shows or events on an occasional basis </li><li>Develops proposals in accordance with YHIC standards and presents them to customers, reviewing them in detail </li><li>Engages customers by adapting to their buying style, incorporating proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to effectively demonstrate YHIC's products </li><li>Initiates and approves all documentation to complete sales orders and handles all HOA approvals </li><li>Consistently works toward acquiring new business by generating leads and following up on them </li><li>Attends team meetings to review department goals and strategies as required </li><li>Works with Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals and work toward meeting them </li><li>Attend Mandatory Virtual Basic Training and other training to stay up to date on all training materials </li><li>Generate own referrals based on market </li><li>Always maintain professionalism on the job </li><li>Is reliable and punctual in reporting to appointment times as scheduled </li><li>Responsible for seeing sale through to completion and handling any necessary communications and addressing all hold related issues </li><li>Always available to run leads that can be assigned the day of </li><li>Visit Installs and attempt to sell additional YHIC products </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and as a team </li><li>Strong written and?verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner </li><li>Ability to develop relationships with customers </li><li>Travel within radius of YHIC locations. </li><li>Smart dress and a professional appearance </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>0-1 years of outside sales experience. </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li></ul> <p>Your Home Improvement Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#INDYHICS</p>
